the Dedham holiday inn wouldn't be too bad of a location as long as you have a car.  It's very close to 128.  it's maybe 35-45 minutes to downtown Boston from there. Google maps claims its 20 minutes...

I'm afraid this won't be a sightseeing trip. Will arrive Friday evening for rehearsal dinner.Sat morning maybe--the wedding will be 3pm.  Flying home early on Sunday.  That's pretty much it.
